Communal Diary - 18/05/2012 new!

Dear event organiser,

Please find attached the latest update to the communal diary.

Can I remind all users:

- please let me know of any tentative dates which you no longer require (including alternative dates for any events which you are confirming);
- please check that the event you are advising me about is not already listed;
- please liaise with other people in your organisation in order to avoid more than one person telling me about the same event;
- where possible, please provide a description of the type of event ("Dinner", "Party", "Lecture" etc), rather than simply describing it as "Event".

I would also like to remind you that the diary is for internal use only, and may not be distributed more widely.

I expect to send the next few updates on the following dates:

- Friday 1 June
- Friday 15 June
